Conserved binding mode but diverse interfaces of MreC‐PBP2 interactions
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.The crystal structure of abMreC reveals a conserved two β‐barrel architecture and provides structural insights into its role within the bacterial elongasome. The abMreC–abPBP2 complex model identifies the molecular basis of MreC‐mediated PBP2 recognition, contributing to the regulation of peptidoglycan synthesis.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Applying the Model of a Normal Logarithmic Spiral to Galaxies [PDF]
Symposium - International Astronomical Union, 1970 The characteristic μ angles for the spirals of 6 multi-arm galaxies (NGC 1232, 5247, 4303, 4321, 3938, 3184) have been determined. It has been found that they vary along spiral arms within a rather large interval, with mean square deviations ranging from 4° to 20°.
