Implementation of Quantum Gates based Logic Circuits using IBM Qiskit

International Conference on Communication, Computing & Security, 2020
Quantum computing is an emerging field that depends upon the basic properties of quantum physics and principles of classical systems. This leads a way to develop systems to solve complex problems that a classical system cannot do.

Microelectrochemical Logic Circuits

Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2003
We report microelectrochemical devices that mimic some functions of solid-state circuit components such as diodes and transistors. The operation of this new family of devices is enabled by a network of microfluidic electrochemical cells that communicate with one-another via conductive solutions and, in some cases, bipolar electrodes.

Evaluation of NC-FinFET Based Subsystem-Level Logic Circuits

IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, 2019
This paper examines metal–ferroelectric–insulator–semiconductor negative-capacitance FinFET (NC-FinFET) based VLSI subsystem-level logic circuits. For the first time, with the aid of a short-channel NC-FinFET compact model, we confirm the functionality ...

Synthesis of Ternary Logic Circuits Using 2:1 Multiplexers

IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems Part 1: Regular Papers, 2018
Traditionally, binary decision diagram (BDD)-based algorithms are used to synthesize binary logic functions. A BDD can be transformed into circuit implementation by replacing each node in the BDD with a 2:1 multiplexer.

Gelatin Hydrogel-Based Organic Electrochemical Transistors and Their Integrated Logic Circuits.

ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces, 2018
We suggest gelatin hydrogel as an electrolyte and demonstrate organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) based on a sheet of gelatin. We also modulate electrical characteristics of the OECT with respect to pH condition of the gelatin hydrogel from acid ...

Multiplex Logic Circuits

IEEE Transactions on Computers, 1969
A synthesis procedure must be based upon some cost function or functions. In many systems this cost function is associated with performance. But the usual cost function associated with switching circuits is associated with the cost of realization. Inspection of switching circuits indicates that many switching circuits are not used efficiently and that ...

ZnO Nanorod Logic Circuits

Advanced Materials, 2005
Logic devices, including OR, AND, NOT, and NOR gates, based on single-crystalline ZnO nanorods are demonstrated. In these devices, ZnO nanorods are employed as semiconducting channels. They control metal/oxide semiconductor junction characteristics, to yield either good ohmic or Schottky contacts, ensuring fabrication of high-performance Schottky ...

Cellular environment-responsive intelligent DNA logic circuits for controllable molecular sensing.

Biosensors & bioelectronics, 2018
Here we report smart molecular logic circuits built on a well-designed H-shaped DNA nanostructure that can recognize cell-simulated bioenvironments and modulate the operations of a DNA nanosensor.

Ferroelectric FETs-Based Nonvolatile Logic-in-Memory Circuits

IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems, 2019
Among the beyond-complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) devices being explored, ferroelectric field-effect transistors (FeFETs) are considered as one of the most promising.
