Reprogrammable Logic Gate and Logic Circuit Based on Multistimuli-Responsive Raspberry-like Micromotors.

ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces, 2016
In this paper, we report a polymer-based raspberry-like micromotor. Interestingly, the resulting micromotor exhibits multistimuli-responsive motion behavior.

Soliton-repulsion logic gate

Optics Letters, 1996
We present numerical simulations of a logic gate based on repulsive interaction in a dual-core fiber and call it a soliton-repulsion logic gate (SRLG). The operation of the SRLG is compared with that of the conventional soliton-dragging logic gate based on cross-phase modulation.

Multi-level logic gate operation based on amplified aptasensor performance.

Angewandte Chemie, 2015
Conventional electronic circuits can perform multi-level logic operations; however, this capability is rarely realized by biological logic gates. In addition, the question of how to close the gap between biomolecular computation and silicon-based ...

Fluorescence for biological logic gates

Journal of Biophotonics, 2020
AbstractBiological logic gates are smart probes able to respond to biological conditions in behaviors similar to computer logic gates, and they pose a promising challenge for modern medicine. Researchers are creating many kinds of smart nanostructures that can respond to various biological parameters such as pH, ion presence, and enzyme activity.

A logic gate-based fluorescent sensor for detecting H2S and NO in aqueous media and inside live cells.

Chemical Communications, 2015
A fluorescent logic gate probe has been constructed for sensing two biologically interactive signaling molecules, H2S and NO. This probe showed distinct fluorescence signals towards H2S and NO in aqueous media and in live cells.
