Deoxyribozyme-Based Logic Gates
Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2002We report herein a set of deoxyribozyme-based logic gates capable of generating any Boolean function. We construct basic NOT and AND gates, followed by the more complex XOR gate. These gates were constructed through a modular design that combines molecular beacon stem-loops with hammerhead-type deoxyribozymes.

In this conference paper, a set of multi-logics gates is proposed, designed, and verified. They are applicable for a novel type of application-specific processors based on predicate logic.
