A generic framework for the development of standardised learning objects within the discipline of construction management [PDF]
E-learning has occurred in the academic world in different forms since the early 1990s. Its use varies from interactive multimedia tools and simulation environments to static resources within learning management systems. E-learning tools and environments

The competitive redox equilibrium among different elements in 2D HEO is regulated through temperature‐controlled pyrolysis of 2D HEHO, obtaining 2D HEO with a continuously adjustable valence state of Fe, Ni, Mo, Ru, and V elements, which modulate the strength of the metal–O bond and activate the LOM‐OVSM for OER.

Interfacial Ru–O–W Orbital Coupling Enables Lattice Oxygen Stabilization for Enhanced Acidic OER
A RuO2/WO3 electrocatalyst with strong interfacial Ru–O–W bonds exhibits optimized Ru–O interactions, enhancing intrinsic activity and stability for acidic OER. The WO3 support modulates the electronic structure of RuO2 and promotes oxo‐intermediate deprotonation, delivering a low overpotential of 203 mV at 10 mA cm−2 and sustained operation beyond 200

Judging by the Rules? The emergence of evaluation practices
How does evaluation work differently, and how do evaluation practices emerge, in different contexts? Drawing on a mixed-methods study of evaluation in figure skating and classical music, I discuss the divergent evaluative cultures in these settings ...

Perovskite oxide catalysts with reduced Co content, substituted by Fe and Ni, are synthesized and studied for their activity in the oxygen evolution reaction in alkaline media. An increase in the intrinsic catalytic activity (obtained by the (RctCdl)−1 product) of the base material (Ba0.5Gd0.8La0.7Co2O6‐δ) is seen for an as high as 70 % substitution of

Low Power Resonant Optical Excitation of an Optomechanical Cavity
We demonstrate the actuation of a double beam opto-mechanical cavity with a sinusoidally varying optical input power. We observe the driven mechanical motion with only 200 nW coupled to the optical cavity mode.

The CeO2/FeOOH heterostructure catalyst was synthesized via a facile co‐precipitation strategy. The work‐function disparity between CeO2 and FeOOH drives interfacial electron redistribution, thereby optimizing the OER pathway. Moreover, the interfacial Ce3+/Ce4+ couple establishes a “redox‐buffering system” that suppresses Fe dissolution and enhances ...
