Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

We review the recent developments of the loop-tree duality method, focussing our discussion on analysing the singular behaviour of the loop integrand of the dual representation of one-loop integrals and scattering amplitudes. We show that within the loop-

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

The (1,0) tensor and hypermultiplets in loop space
We show that the (1,0) tensor and hypermultiplet supersymmetry variations can be uplifted to loop space. Upon dimensional reduction we make contact with abelian five-dimensional super Yang-Mills, which has a nonabelian generalization that we subsequently

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

OUR OBJECTIVE in this note is to prove the following special case of a theorem of Browder [0]: THEOREM. Suppose that X is a simply connected Hopf space and p is an odd prime. Then if H*@X; ZlpZ) is primitively generated it is free commutative. Actually as the proof will show we can replace the condition that X is a Hopf space with the weaker condition ...

Representations of the $SU(N)$ $T$-algebra and the loop representation in $1+1$-dimensions
We consider the phase-space of Yang-Mills on a cylindrical space-time ($S^1 \times {\bf R}$) and the associated algebra of gauge-invariant functions, the $T$-variables.

Glass fiber-reinforced composite resin as a space maintainer: A clinical study
The aim of this study is to evaluate the use of glass fiber-reinforced composite resin (GFRCR) as a space maintainer and to compare it with a conventional band-and-loop space maintainer.
