Large‐Scale Synthesis of InP/ZnS Quantum Dots Using Continuous Flow Chemistry
Novel precursors for the continuous flow synthesis of highly luminescent InP/ZnS core/shell QDs are identified, enabling their fully automated gram‐scale production in a two‐stage process. The developed synthetic approach employs hazard‐free aminophosphine chemistry in a noncoordinating solvent.
