ABSTRACT Daridorexant, a dual orexin receptor antagonist, is approved for the treatment of insomnia disorder in adults. Approximately 30%–35% of patients with insomnia disorder also have obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) of any severity. It is unclear whether sleep medications provide safe and effective treatment for insomnia in these patients.

Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome in a Patient With Schizophrenia: A Case Report
A man with schizophrenia developed osmotic demyelination syndrome after rapid correction of polydipsia‐induced hyponatremia, presenting with pseudobulbar palsy & severe EPS. MRI confirmed pontine and basal ganglia lesions. This report highlights ODS as key differential from antipsychotic side effects.
