Neural Information Processing and Time‐Series Prediction with Only Two Dynamical Memristors
The present study demonstrates how simple circuits with only two memristive devices are utilized to perform high complexity temporal information processing tasks, like neural spike detection in noisy environment, or time‐series prediction. This circuit simplicity is enabled by the dynamical complexity of the memristive devices, i.e.

Molecular charge transfer at the V12‐DyPc/MoS2 interface stabilizes trions, suppressing neutral A‐exciton emission and enabling controlled modulation of the A–‐trion population, bridging excitonic physics with polyoxometalate charge‐transport functionality.

Estimation of the Gini coefficient based on two quantiles.
Based on the Palma proposition and the Lorenz fitting curve, this paper estimates the sample Gini coefficient using the income share of the top 10% and bottom 40% of the population.

Structural Convergence in European Union [PDF]
Estimating structural convergence is a relatively recent topic in specialised literature. Based on the Solow theory of economic growth by stages and on empirical data for European Union we estimated a model to simulate structural changes.

Lorentz-Lorenz Coefficient, Critical Point Constants, and Coexistence Curve of 1,1-Difluoroethylene
We report measurements of the Lorentz-Lorenz coefficient density dependence, the critical temperature, and the critical density, of the fluid 1,1-difluoroethylene. Lorentz-Lorenz coefficient data were obtained by measuring refractive index and density of

The Assessment of Poverty and Inequality through Parametric Estimation of Lorenz Curves: An Evaluation [PDF]
The estimation of poverty and inequality often requires the use of grouped data as complete household surveys are neither always available to researchers nor easy to analyze.

Systematic Study of PDMS Optical Waveguides for Pressure Sensing Using Design of Experiments
A response surface methodology was used to systematically evaluate the impact of mix ratio and cure conditions on PDMS optical waveguide properties for pressure sensing. Mix ratio significantly influenced compression sensitivity, compressive modulus, and propagation loss, while cure temperature primarily affected refractive index.

Retention among newly qualified second‐year teachers: The reception–integration model
Abstract Drawing on organisational socialisation theory, the study seeks to explore the mechanisms that foster retention among second‐year teachers. This examination considered these novice teachers' experiences during their first year of teaching, with a particular emphasis on the reception they encountered as they entered the teaching profession, as ...
