Noisy Graph Patterns via Ordered Matrices
Abstract The high‐level structure of a graph is a crucial ingredient for the analysis and visualization of relational data. However, discovering the salient graph patterns that form this structure is notoriously difficult for two reasons. (1) Finding important patterns, such as cliques and bicliques, is computationally hard.

The MacBrain Resource Center (MBRC) rhesus macaque embryonic brain histology datasets
We introduce the MacBrain Resource Center (MBRC) Collections of rhesus macaque embryonic brain tissue. Here, we illustrate histo‐ and immunohistology from our dynamically growing Collection 6, which currently contains >10,000 zoomable and downloadable images from n = 14 male and female embryos from early to late in gestation.

Near-lossless data compression
Near-lossless data compression algorithm and its applications are investigated in this thesis. Near-lossless data compression is an alternative to the lossless compression scheme. The near-lossless compression techniques studied give quantitative measure

A Deterministic Spectral‐Design Method for Guided‐Mode Resonances
Resonance frequency and linewidth are key metrics for guided‐mode resonance devices and their independent control is important for practical applications. We propose a fully analytic deterministic design method for independently obtaining desired target metrics of guided‐mode resonances in dual‐ridge grating waveguide structures.
