Rheologic Studies on Dermatologic Lotions
Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 1968The rheologic properties of some dermatologic lotions were studied. The changes in the viscosity, thixotropy, and yield value of the lotions during storage and following various degrees of agitation were recorded. The relevance of these phenomena to production processes and to therapeutic use are discussed.
