Mesothelin as Biomarker and Therapeutic Target for Immunotherapy in Cancer
Mesothelin overexpression activate important pathways like nuclear factor k‐light‐chain‐enhancer of activated B cells (NF‐κB) and interleukin‐6 (IL‐6). This in turn causes numerous cancers, such as pancreatic and ovarian cancers. MSLN‐targeting immunotherapies, like monoclonal antibodies, have shown efficacy.

This retrospective observational study compared clinical outcomes from patients who underwent transumbilical laparoendoscopic single‐site surgery (single‐site laparoscopy) or conventional multi‐port laparoscopy for myomectomy. Single‐site laparoscopy and multi‐port laparoscopy showed similar performance in terms of surgical safety.

ABSTRACT Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a rare multisystem genetic disorder characterized by the development of hamartomatous lesions in multiple organs. Although neurologic and dermatologic manifestations commonly lead to diagnosis during childhood, some patients remain undiagnosed until adulthood because of atypical presentations.

Low-Grade Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma. A Case Report
Endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) is an uncommon and confusing malignant tumour amongst all uterine sarcomas occurring in the peri-menopausal age group. We report a case of low-grade ESS in a 47-year-old woman, presented with lower abdominal pain related with lower abdominal mass. Earlier USG report exposed multiple intramural fibroids.
