Adaptive Enhancement and Glow Removal of Low-light Images
Low-light image enhancement technology has been applied in many areas, such as night surveillance systems, road safety monitoring systems, etc. However, most of the existing low-light image enhancement algorithms are lack of adaptability.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Surface plasmon polariton modification in top-emitting organic light-emitting diodes for enhanced light outcoupling [PDF]
We report on the enhanced light outcoupling efficiency of monochrome top-emitting organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). These OLEDs incorporate a hole transport layer (HTL) material with a substantially lower refractive index (∼ 1:5) than the emitter ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Decomposing-Recomposing Network: A Novel Reconstruction and Enhancement Approach for Low-Light Image
Low-light imaging has long been a fundamental yet challenging area in optical imaging, primarily due to photon-starved conditions that not only impair image visibility but also amplify sensor noise.

Latent Disentanglement for Low Light Image Enhancement
Many learning-based low-light image enhancement (LLIE) algorithms are based on the Retinex theory. However, the Retinex-based decomposition techniques in such models introduce corruptions which limit their enhancement performance. In this paper, we propose a Latent Disentangle-based Enhancement Network (LDE-Net) for low light vision tasks.
