CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Dynamic Light Source Control for Image Enhancement in Low-Light Environments
In post-disaster mine rescue, extremely low illumination inside the mine severely degrades the quality of images captured by rescue robots, and conventional image enhancement techniques often struggle in such harsh environments.

Techniques in image restoration and enhancement
Includes bibliographical references.Image processing in its broad sense pervades many areas but it is convenient to group it into three main sections, viz: image coding, usually for image transmission over telecommunication links; pattern recognition for

A LOW-LIGHT IMAGE ENHANCEMENT METHOD FOR BOTH DENOISING AND CONTRAST ENLARGING
In this paper, a novel united low-light image enhancement framework for both contrast enhancement and denoising is proposed. First, the low-light image is segmented into superpixels, and the ratio between the local standard deviation and the local ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

A Zero-Reference Low-Light Image-Enhancement Approach Based on Noise Estimation
A novel zero-reference low-light image-enhancement approach based on noise estimation (ZLEN) is proposed to mitigate noise interference in image-enhancement processes, while the tenets of zero-reference and lightweight network architecture are maintained.

No-Reference Low-Light Image Enhancement with Enhanced Feature Map [PDF]
Since low-light images are of poor quality and carry noise, resulting in insufficient contrast and brightness, unclear details in the image, and the problem of high cost of obtaining paired low-light image datasets, a no-reference low-light image ...

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Low-Light Underwater Image Enhancement for Deep-Sea Tripod
To monitor the sedimentary process and morphological evolution in the South China Sea, free-ascending deep-sea tripod (FDT) has been developed. This FDT was equipped with a deep-sea camera and landed on the sea floor at a depth of 2100 m.
