Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

Real-Time Mitigation of the Mobility Effect for IEEE 802.15.4g SUN MR-OFDM
In order to develop wireless sensor networks, which are defined by the IEEE 802.15.4 specification, researchers are considering low-power wide-area networks (LPWAN) due to their advantages of being long range, low power, low cost, and highly mobile.

Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics
Spatial epigenomics combines molecular profiling with tissue architecture to reveal how gene regulation is organized within intact tissues. In cancer, these technologies uncover the mechanisms driving tumor heterogeneity and microenvironmental interactions, opening new opportunities for biomarker discovery and precision medicine.

The cell‐autonomous roles of interferon type 1 vary based on duration and intensity. While acute, robust signaling results in cancer cell cytotoxic effects, sustained, low‐level signaling is associated with tumor‐promoting effects. This review summarizes current research of IFN‐1 in cancer and within the clinical setting, with an emphasis on female ...

Low-Power Wide-Area Network Over White Spaces
As a key technology driving the Internet-of-Things, low-power wide-area networks (LPWANs) are evolving to overcome the range limits and scalability challenges in traditional wireless sensor networks. This paper proposes a new LPWAN architecture called sensor network over white spaces (SNOW) by exploiting the TV white spaces.

Survey on Low Power Wide Area Networks in IoT
Communication technologies, aimed at providing effective wireless communication, form one of the cornerstones of the wide adoption of Internet of Things (IoT). Low-Power Wide-Area (LPWA) wireless communication technologies are particularly suited for implementation of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication in usage contexts where low data rate and low ...

ADP‐ribosylation: An emerging regulator of the epigenome
ADP‐ribosylation has emerged as a dynamic epigenetic signaling mechanism that modifies histones and chromatin‐associated proteins. Through coordinated PARylation and MARylation, it integrates with other histone modifications to regulate chromatin structure, transcription factor activity, and gene expression, influencing genome function and disease ...
