Low Voltage Low Power Fully Integrated Chaos Generator

Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 2018
A low voltage low power fully integrated chaos generator is presented in this paper. Comparing with the conventional off-the-shelf electronic components-based chaos generators, the designed circuit is fully integrated, and it achieves lower supply voltage, lower power dissipation and smaller chip area.

Low Voltage/Low Power Microwave Electronics

30th European Microwave Conference, 2000, 2000
Simultaneous reduction in operating voltage and optimization of performance is a significant problem for portable wireless designers. Achievement of these conflicting goals requires careful consideration and design of semiconductor materials, transistor devices, circuit topologies and system architectures. Each of these issues is explored and discussed

Design of CMOS OTAs for Low-Voltage and Low-Power Application

IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences, 2008
In this letter, two OTAs with MOSFETs operating in the weak inversion region are proposed. One of the OTAs uses the exponential-logarithm transformation algorithm. Furthermore, the other realizes the high-linearity characteristics due to a small fluctuation of the common-terminal voltage of differential pair.

A LOW-VOLTAGE LOW-POWER CMOS PHASE-LOCKED LOOP

Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 2005
A low-voltage low-power CMOS phase-locked loop (PLL) is presented in this paper. It consists of a phase frequency detector, a charge pump, a loop filter, a voltage-control oscillator, and a frequency divider. A new phase frequency detector is proposed to reduce the dead zone and the mismatch effect of the charge pump circuit.

LOW-POWER, LOW-VOLTAGE DESIGN—AN OVERVIEW

International Journal of High Speed Electronics and Systems, 1994
This paper gives an overview of design issues in low-power, low-voltage circuits. First, device and supply scaling is studied and its impact on both digital and analog circuits is described. Next, general low-power and low-voltage design strategies are presented. Finally, two examples of high-speed, low-power circuits are discussed.
