Low-voltage ride-through control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous generator under weak grid
In order to improve the low-voltage ride-through(LVRT)capability of permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)under weak grid, this paper proposes a low-voltage ride-through control strategy for power support and auxiliary protection of unloading ...

Relationship Between Knowledge and Compliance With Safety Measures: Evidence From COVID‐19
ABSTRACT Compliance with health safety protocols is important for protecting public health, particularly in agricultural sectors where disease outbreaks can disrupt production and market access. Despite its economic significance, we know little about what drives protocol compliance.

Voltage quality assessment considering low voltage ride‐through requirement for wind turbines
This study proposes an effective method for voltage quality assessment considering low voltage ride‐through (LVRT) requirement for wind turbines. With increasing wind power generation, there is a strong need for system connection requirements of wind turbines, for stable system operation even under fault conditions.

Memristors based on trimethylsulfonium (phenanthroline)tetraiodobismuthate have been utilised as a nonlinear node in a delayed feedback reservoir. This system allowed an efficient classification of acoustic signals, namely differentiation of vocalisation of the brushtail possum (Trichosurus vulpecula).

Analysis of Transient Voltage-Frequency Dynamic Coupling Mechanism of High-Proportion Renewable Energy Sending End System Under Commutation Failure Faults [PDF]
[Objective] Aiming at the new challenge of unclear transient voltage and system frequency operation risks faced by sending-end power systems with a high proportion of renewable energy after commutation failure, this paper reveals the dynamic coupling ...

Feature from recent image foundation models (DINOv2) are useful for vision tasks (segmentation, object localization) with little or no human input. Once upsampled, they can be used for weakly supervised micrograph segmentation, achieving strong results when compared to classical features (blurs, edge detection) across a range of material systems.

The cupula is a membrane within the vestibular organ that senses rotatory accelerations of the head. Metabolic glycoengineering in combination with bioorthogonal labeling demonstrates that in adult zebrafish – being a model for the human inner ear – this membrane is constantly renewed.

Abstract Large‐scale land reforms constitute a substantial redistribution of wealth and reallocation of agricultural land, which is a major form of asset and production input in developing countries. While land redistribution (from the rich to the poor) remains a highly controversial issue, extensive evidence on its effect is limited.
