From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

Three-Switch Active-Clamp Forward Converter with Low Voltage Stress
A conventional active-clamp forward (ACF) converter is a favorable candidate in low-to-medium power applications. However, the switches suffer from high voltage stress, i.e., sum of the input voltage and the reset capacitor voltage.

Reliability of repetitively avalanched wire-bonded low-voltage discrete power trench n-MOSFETs [PDF]
This paper, for the first time, investigates the reliability of wire-bonded low-voltage discrete power trench n-MOSFETs that have been subjected to repetitive unclamped inductive switching (RUIS).

A Novel Pull-Up Active-Clamping Wireless Charging Circuit with Low Cost and Voltage Stress
The traditional single-switch circuit has the advantages of fewer components, no shoot-through problems, and suitability for high-frequency wireless charging applications. However, because of the high voltage stress of the switch, the bulky inductor, and

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.
