Single switch converter with high voltage gain and low voltage stress for photovoltaic applications
2017 International Conference on Innovative Mechanisms for Industry Applications (ICIMIA), 2017This paper presents a novel single-switch converter with high voltage gain and low voltage stress for photovoltaic applications. The proposed converter is composed of coupled-inductor and switched-capacitor techniques to achieve high step-up conversion ratio without adopting extremely high duty ratio or high turns ratio.

Novel plasma display driver with low voltage/current device stresses
IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, 2003A new energy-recovery-sustain circuit suitable for a plasma display panel (PDP) application is proposed. The proposed circuit features the low device voltage/current stresses, and the inherent circulating current elimination characteristics, essential to design a power efficient and low cost plasma display driver circuit.

A Class E Power Amplifier with Low Voltage Stress
2015A new output structure for class E power amplifier (PA) is proposed in this paper. A series LC resonator circuit, tuned near the second harmonic of the operating frequency is added to the output circuit. This resonator causes low impedance at the second harmonic.

Materials Science and Engineering: B, 2010Abstract The conduction mechanism and the behavior of stress-induced leakage current (SILC) through the HfO 2 high- k layers in metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) structures have been investigated. Assisted tunneling of electrons via stress-induced interface traps and bulk oxide traps are responsible for the SILC generation in HfO 2 dielectric.
