LLRT based detection of LSB hiding
Proceedings 2003 International Conference on Image Processing (Cat. No.03CH37429), 2004In this paper we consider a hypothesis testing approach for detection of hiding in the least significant bit (LSB). This steganalysis problem is a composite hypothesis testing problem. We state a regularity condition on the image histogram, which reduces this problem to a simple hypothesis testing problem.

LSB Algorithm Research Based on Chaos
2009 Ninth International Conference on Hybrid Intelligent Systems, 2009In this paper, we have researched the conceptions and methods of the image compression and chaotic, then improved the information hiding algorithm based on the Least Significant Bits (LSB). Embedding the compressed watermarking image in the host image with chaotic method, this can enhance the robustness and security of the LSB algorithm. The experiment

Wave Steganography Approach by Modified LSB
2009 Second International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering & Technology, 2009Steganography is the art of hiding message in order to have a secure communication. In this paper, we present a novel technique for wave steganography for covert communication. The basic idea proposed in this paper is replacement of the bits according to the distortion afforded, with lossy or lossless hiding and recovery. Numbers of bits of the samples

Stego Key Estimation in LSB Steganography
Journal of Multimedia, 2012There are kinds of multimedia can be accessed conveniently in social networks. Some of multimedia may be used to hiding harmful information. We consider the problem of estimating the stego key used for hiding using least significant bit (LSB) paradigm, which has been proved much difficult than detecting the hidden message.

Minimizing the Statistical Impact of LSB Steganography
2005This paper explores the statistics of least-significant bit (LSB) steganography. The problem of encoding a bit sequence (message) to match the statistics of a random bit-sequence (cover) is considered. A method of hiding information in the least significant bits (LSBs) of JPEG coefficients is described; the method mimics either the chi-square statistic

Another steganographic LSB-based function
2012 9th International Conference on Communications (COMM), 2012Nowadays, because of using computers and data communications become a part of our daily life, information security is a widely debated subject and extensively researched. Data hiding is an old concern that has different goals. People can embed important information and data into files, then store them on a machine on sight or hidden and encrypted ...

A fibonacci LSB data hiding tecnique.
2006In this paper, a novel data-hiding technique based on the Fibonacci representation of digital images is presented. A generalization of the classical Least Significant Bit (LSB) embedding method is performed. The Fibonacci representation of grey level images requires 12 bit planes instead of the usual 8 planes of binary representation.

Abstract: The Papers of the Linguistic Society of Belgium is an online publication that features articles based on papers read at the LSB Linguists’ Day. According to the statutes of 20th May 2006, articles are evaluated and selected by the organizers of the Linguists’ Day, the LSB Board of Directors and, if judged necessary, external reviewers. https:/

Multimedia Security through LSB Matching
Proceedings of the Second International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Competitive Strategies, 2016Steganography is the art of hidden communications, encoding/embedding hidden information in cover media in such a way so as not to provoke an eavesdropper's suspicion. In this paper, we propose an efficient image steganography technique which provides high embedding capacity as well as imperceptibility of stego image. Using fixed number (i.e.
