MedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.Two Hla‐targeting monoclonal antibodies (Hm0399, Hm0411) were isolated from rFSAV‐vaccinated volunteers. Their cocktail (Hm3‐4) showed synergistic anti‐S. aureus activity. Hm0411 blocks Hla‐receptor binding via salt bridges; Hm0399 potentiates Fc effector functions through hydrogen bonds.
