Incorporation of p‐phenylenediamine (pPD) into the polymer–pPD supramolecular artificial SEI reduces the activation energy for Li‐ion desolvation at the interface and promotes Li‐ion transport through the layer, thereby ensuring uniform delivery of Li‐ion into the SCN and stable cycling performance regardless of the inherently uneven thickness of the ...

Rampage school shootings, where students go to their own school to randomly kill classmates, teachers, friends, and strangers, are among the most drastic types of human behavior. While research increasingly points to interaction dynamics as being key for the emergence of crime and violence, scholars have not yet systematically studied interaction ...

Superconducting 7 T wiggler for LSU CAMD
A superconducting 7 T wiggler is under fabrication in a collaboration between Budker INP and LSU CAMD. The wiggler magnet has been successfully tested inside a bath cryostat and a maximum field of 7.2 T was achieved after six quenches. The main parameters of the wiggler and the method of the wiggler installation onto the storage ring are discussed.

Electrons in superheavy quasimolecules [PDF]
Binding energies and wave functions of inner-shell electronic states in superheavy quasimolecules with (Zp+Zt)α>1 are calculated. Ionization during a collision of very heavy ions is investigated within a molecular basis generated by the solutions of

An improved phylogeny and revised taxonomy of Catillariaceae (Lecanoromycetes, Ascomycota)
Abstract The boundaries of the family Catillariaceae have largely remained untested through phylogenetic methods. Recent studies have led to the transfer of several genera previously classified in Catillariaceae to the newly described family Leprocaulaceae. Despite these changes, the distinction between Catillariaceae, Leprocaulaceae, and Catinariaceae

Blood and MRI biomarkers of mild traumatic brain injury in non-concussed collegiate football players
Football has one of the highest incidence rates of mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) among contact sports; however, the effects of repeated sub-concussive head impacts on brain structure and function remain under-studied.

Some remarks on the duality method for Integro-Differential equations with measure data [PDF]
We deal with existence, uniqueness, and regularity for solutions of the boundary value problem $$ \begin{cases} {\mathcal L}^s u = \mu &\quad \text{in $\Omega$}, u(x)=0 \quad &\text{on} \ \ \mathbb{R}^N\backslash\Omega, \end{cases} $$ where $\Omega$ is

Abstract This study investigates species boundaries in the lichen genus Arctomia (Arctomiaceae, Ascomycota) using an integrative approach combining molecular phylogenetics, full Bayesian population delimitation, heuristic and model‐based species delimitation, and supervised machine learning applied to morphological data.
