Niche Differences in Coexisting Species: Ecological Insights Into the Role of Activity Patterns, Space Use, and Environmental Preferences. [PDF]

This work provides novel insights into the spatial and temporal niche differences of two model species. Our findings reveal that microhabitat preferences and activity patterns are important factors of coexistence, complementing thermal and hydric regulation traits previously reported.
