ABSTRACT Background Given the association between spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid (sCSF) leak and idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), and the association of IIH and venous sinus stenosis (VSS), we sought to determine the prevalence of VSS in sCSF leak and the role of venous sinus stenting for sCSF leak.

Chinese Expert Consensus on Leptomeningeal Metastases of Lung Cancer
This Chinese expert consensus addresses leptomeningeal metastases (LM) in lung cancer, emphasizing early MRI‐enhanced imaging and CSF cytology for diagnosis. It recommends stratified management using LM‐molGPA and targeted therapies (e.g., third‐generation EGFR‐TKIs).

ABSTRACT Intracranial hypertension due to venous sinus stenosis from meningioma is rare. Symptoms resemble pseudotumor cerebri, but patients are typically older and not obese. Tumors usually compress the superior sagittal, transverse, and sigmoid sinus. Ventriculoperitoneal shunt often leads to a dramatic response.
