Predictors of Biliary Drainage Dysfunction Following EUS‐Guided Gallbladder Drainage for Malignant Distal Biliary Obstruction: A Multicenter Retrospective Study

This multicenter study identified predictors of drainage dysfunction after EUS‐guided gallbladder drainage for malignant distal biliary obstruction. Ascites emerged as the main independent predictor of unfavorable outcome, whereas the route of access and LAMS diameter had no significant impact on the primary composite endpoint.
