3‐D Sustained‐Release Culture Carrier Alleviates Rat Intervertebral Disc Degeneration by Targeting STING in Transplanted Skeletal Stem Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic representation of mechanisms by which the 3‐D sustained‐release culture carrier prevents accumulation of ROS by continuously releasing C‐176@PDA‐NPs and inhibiting the cGAS‐STING activated by sudden hypoxia, thereby preventing ferroptosis and promoting differentiation in SSCs and ultimately attenuating IVDD progression.

Antireflux surgery for prevention of chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) onset after lung transplantation: The earlier the better before CLAD onset? A single-center series of 284 patients

open access: yesJHLT Open
Background: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is highly prevalent after lung transplantation (LTx) and is suspected to favor the development of chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD), almost of bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) phenotype ...

RNA binding protein ALYREF regulates ferroptosis to facilitate LUAD growth and metastasis via promoting SLC7A11 mRNA stability

open access: yesScientific Reports
Ferroptosis is of great significance in carcinogenesis as it interconnects with a multiplicity of biological processes. Meanwhile, its function and regulatory role in lung cancer remains ambiguous.

Correlation Between Fecal Microbiota and Corticosteroid Responsiveness in Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia: an Exploratory Study

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study uses gut microbiome data to predict corticosteroid response in patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Fecal samples from 212 patients with ITP are sequenced. Six machine‐learning algorithms are used to train predictive models. The support vector machine‐based model integrated clinical data and selected microbial species, diversities ...

Usefulness of monitoring mycophenolic acid exposure in systemic sclerosis-related interstitial lung disease: a retrospective cohort study

open access: yesBMC Pulmonary Medicine
Background Systemic sclerosis-related interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD) represents a significant cause of morbidity and mortality in Systemic Sclerosis (SSc). Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) is currently the first line treatment for SSc-ILD.

An Anti‐CD147 Antibody−Drug Conjugate Mehozumab‐DM1 is Efficacious Against Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Cynomolgus Monkey

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Antibody‐drug conjugates are among the fastest‐growing drugs in oncology. It combines the potent killing activity of small molecular drugs and the high specific targeting of antibody drugs. Our in vitro and in vivo studies suggest that anti‐CD147 ADC Mehozumab‐DM1 potently inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma, and combining CD147‐ADCs and targeted therapy

Identification of novel diagnostic and prognostic microRNAs in sarcoma on TCGA dataset: bioinformatics and machine learning approach

open access: yesScientific Reports
The discovery of unique microRNA (miR) patterns and their corresponding genes in sarcoma patients indicates their involvement in cancer development and suggests their potential use in medical management. MiRs were identified from The Cancer Genome Atlas (

HNF3α Targets Nckap1l and Promotes Renal Fibrosis Following Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 3 alpha (HNF3α) is significantly upregulated in renal tubular epithelial cells of CKD patients and fibrotic mice. Deletion of HNF3α mitigates IRI‐induced renal fibrosis, while overexpression worsens it. HNF3α directly regulates NCK‐associated protein 1‐like (Nckap1l), whose overexpression exacerbates fibrosis.
