Ultrasound‐microreactor synthesizes monodisperse 125 nm Cur‐NPs with enhanced solubility. Cur‐NPs suppress VEGF signaling and retinal neovascularization via the NLRP3 axis. Multi‐omics profiling reveals that Cur‐NPs reprogram retinal microglia and metabolic pathways.
