Task scheduling optimization strategy for roadside unit based on security strength
In the context of cooperative vehicle-infrastructure systems (CVIS), vehicles often offload computational tasks to roadside units (RSUs) for execution due to their own constrained computing resources.

Learning controllers merely based on a performance metric has been proven effective in many physical and non-physical tasks in both control theory and reinforcement learning. However, in practice, the controller must guarantee some notion of safety to ensure that it does not harm either the agent or the environment.

Tourism and the Problem of Tick-Borne Infections in the Republic of Buryatia
For the first time the current situation with tick-borne infections in recreational places of the Republic of Buryatia is evaluated. According to the data of the Center for diagnostic and prophylaxis of tick-borne infections (Irkutsk) collected in 2007 -

This article proposes a convergent adaptive observer for a damped wave PDE and an infinite‐dimensional ODE coupled in cascade using sampled‐in‐space ODE state measurements. The proposed observer estimates the distributed states of the PDE and ODE along with unknown PDE parameters and spatial input.

Fluctuations of finite-time Lyapunov exponents in an intermediate-complexity atmospheric model: a multivariate and large-deviation perspective [PDF]
The stability properties as characterized by the fluctuations of finite-time Lyapunov exponents around their mean values are investigated in a three-level quasi-geostrophic atmospheric model with realistic mean state and variability.

Formation Control of Multi‐Agent System with Local Interaction and Artificial Potential Field
This article proposes a local interaction‐based formation control method for Multi‐Agent system, integrating consensus and leader‐follower strategies with a stress response mechanism—artificial potential field to reduce communication overhead and enable obstacle avoidance. Experimental results on triangular, square, and hexagonal formations confirm its

Causal‐Guided Ultra‐Long‐Term Time Series Forecasting Via Anticipated Covariates
Often treated as unknown, information from the future remains underutilized. We demonstrate that in a coupled dynamical system, providing the future state of the effect enables accurate forecasting of the cause for a long timesteps. A time series forecasting paradigm that introduces anticipated covariates to represent such known future states is ...

Physical Basis of Power Transmission Wire’s Deicing by Electrodynamic Method
In this paper a new method of power transmission wire’s deicing is described. Deicing process is divided into three independent sub-processes, namely the process of melting the thin inner layer of ice cover, the process of ice cylinder fracturing into ...

A Unifying Approach to Self‐Organizing Systems Interacting via Conservation Laws
The article develops a unified way to model and analyze self‐organizing systems whose interactions are constrained by conservation laws. It represents physical/biological/engineered networks as graphs and builds projection operators (from incidence/cycle structure) that enforce those constraints and decompose network variables into constrained versus ...
