Lymphadenitis is a common sign of infection in the head and neck region. Since many factors cause lymphadenitis, differential diagnosis can sometimes be difficult for physicians. Therefore, etiological factors and disease management must be analyzed correctly by the clinician and the most appropriate treatment must be planned.
