GATA2 Deficiency Presenting With a WHIM‐Like Phenotype and Subsequent Development of Monosomy 7‐Associated Myelodysplastic Syndrome in an Adolescent Female: A Case Report

ABSTRACT We report an 18‐year‐old female with GATA2 deficiency presenting with a WHIM‐like phenotype, including pancytopenia, monocytopenia, CD19+ B‐cell depletion, sensorineural hearing loss, and cutaneous warts. Subsequent cytogenetic evaluation revealed monosomy 7 and 7q22 deletion, with bone marrow progression to MDS.

Serial growth plate monitoring in a 3‐month‐old Labrador retriever receiving vinblastine chemotherapy

Abstract A 3‐month‐old, male, entire Labrador retriever was presented for evaluation of a congenital mast cell tumour of the right pinna. Pinnectomy and regional lymphadenectomy confirmed a high‐grade mast cell tumour with nodal pre‐metastasis. Eight vinblastine chemotherapy treatments were administered over 12 weeks.

Predicting for Malignancy in Congenital Lung Malformations: A Single‐Center Study of the “At Risk” Pediatric and Adult Population
