Nanomaterial‐Based Precision Medicine for Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment

open access: yesChemNanoMat, EarlyView.
This research emphasizes the use of targeted precision medicine in the treatment of breast cancer. Through the integration of diagnosis and therapeutic delivery, nanocarriers are designed to selectively target cancer cells, preserving healthy tissue, thereby improving treatment effectiveness and reducing side effects.

Foundational Principles for the Quantitative Translation of T‐Cell Therapeutics for Hematologic Malignancies and Immunology

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology &Therapeutics, EarlyView.
T‐cell engaging antibodies (TCEs) and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells (CAR‐T cells) are among precision medicine therapies that have revolutionized the treatment of hematologic cancers. Their success in oncology has piqued interest in translating this promise into additional indications, such as autoimmune disorders.

TFE3‐Rearranged PEComa(‐Like Neoplasm) of the Chest Wall Diagnosed by Fine‐Needle Aspiration: A Case Report

open access: yesDiagnostic Cytopathology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We report a rare TFE3‐rearranged perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) of the parasternal chest wall diagnosed preoperatively by fine‐needle aspiration (FNA) cytology. The smears and cell block showed epithelioid cells with clear to granular cytoplasm and prominent nucleoli.
