Lymphoblastic lymphomas are neoplasms of immature or precursor lymphoid cells with no or limited bone marrow involvement, whose clinical presentation varies according to the immunophenotype. While mediastinal involvement is predominant in T-lymphoblastic lymphomas, B-lymphoblastic lymphomas frequently involve nodal sites.
