SOX5 Orchestrates Malignant Evolution via Promoter‐Centric Chromatin Remodeling in MYC‐Driven B‐Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In MYC‐enforced B‐cell lymphoma, SOX5 occupies promoter‐proximal regulatory regions and is associated with reduced chromatin accessibility at the PCNP locus. PCNP repression promotes proliferative remodeling by limiting apoptosis and cell‐cycle restraint.

Combined autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and CD19 CAR T-cell therapy for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with mutation: A case report

open access: yesSAGE Open Medical Case Reports
Despite advancements in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, including CAR T-cell therapy, TP53 mutations remain a significant negative prognostic factor in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

Treatment of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesJournal of Clinical and Experimental Hematopathology, 2016
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) comprises a heterogeneous group with pathophysiological, genetic and clinical features. Many patients can be cured with R-CHOP therapy, which is the current standard regimen. Despite recent progress in improving patient survival, the 40% survival of DLBCL patients remains poor.

G‐Quadruplexes: Structural Diversity and Emerging Roles in Biomolecular Condensation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
G‐quadruplexes (G4s) fold into diverse intra‐ and intermolecular structures, positioning them as emerging regulators of biomolecular condensation. Mechanistically, G4s autonomously form condensates, act as structural platforms to initiate and stimulate condensation, or induce phase transitions.

Cancer‐Associated BCL‐2 Mutants Reveal Mechanisms Towards Venetoclax Resistance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Venetoclax (VEN) resistance in chronic lymphocytic leukemia arises from diverse BCL2 mutations. We map mechanisms contributing to VEN resistance across common BCL‐2 variants. G101V and D103Y reduce drug binding and increase sequestration of pro‐apoptotic proteins. V156D blocks VEN allosterically.

The NOTCH pathway is recurrently mutated in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma associated with hepatitis C virus infection

open access: yesHaematologica, 2015
Hepatitis C virus has been found to be associated with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, mostly marginal zone lymphomas and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Deregulation of signaling pathways involved in normal marginal zone development (NOTCH pathway, NF-κB ...

The Genetic Landscape of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma [PDF]

open access: yesSeminars in Hematology, 2015
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), the most common lymphoid malignancy in the western world, is an aggressive disease that remains incurable in approximately 30% of patients. Over the past decade, the rapid expansion of sequencing technologies allowing the genome-wide assessment of genomic and transcriptional changes has revolutionized our ...
