Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma and Primary Mediastinal Lymphoma [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
AbstractThe outcome of patients with large B cell lymphoma (LBCL) who did not respond to a classical immunochemotherapy regimen at any time or relapsed within 1 year following chemoimmunotherapy is poor. The Scholar-One-Study showed long-term event-free survival for less than 20% of these patients (Crump et al. 2017).

Tumor‐Intrinsic ARHGEF3 Enhances Antitumor Immunity by Promoting T‐Cell Infiltration and Limiting Myeloid Cell‐Mediated Immunosuppression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ARHGEF3 is broadly downregulated across human cancers and correlates with patient prognosis. Tumor‐intrinsic ARHGEF3 activates the RHOA–ROCK–PTEN cascade to inhibit AKT signaling, thereby promoting chemokine‐driven T‐cell infiltration and relieving lipid‐mediated myeloid immunosuppression.

Discovery of a Potent Fluorescence Polarization Probe for Identifying USP1 Allosteric Inhibitors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents the first ubiquitin‐specific protease 1 (USP1) allosteric fluoroprobe and fluorescence polarization assay, enabling the differentiation of allosteric and catalytic site inhibitors. Further, a novel class of tetrahydroisoquinoline‐based USP1 inhibitors is designed, with compound 14a (USP1 IC50 = 29.9 nM) showing strong selectivity ...

Postmortem Detection of “Clinically Undiagnosed” Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma: Gross and Microscopic Findings

open access: yesDiagnostics
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is considered the most found non-Hodgkin lymphoma in adults. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, which also occurs in sporadic forms, is associated with some pathological conditions, including human immunodeficiency virus ...

Treatment of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesJournal of Clinical and Experimental Hematopathology, 2016
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) comprises a heterogeneous group with pathophysiological, genetic and clinical features. Many patients can be cured with R-CHOP therapy, which is the current standard regimen. Despite recent progress in improving patient survival, the 40% survival of DLBCL patients remains poor.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the small intestine in a patient with refractory coeliac disease. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
INTRODUCTION: Coeliac disease enteropathy is associated with an increased risk of lymphomas. Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma is the principal malignancy related to coeliac disease.

Hierarchical Information Clustering by Means of Topologically Embedded Graphs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
We introduce a graph-theoretic approach to extract clusters and hierarchies in complex data-sets in an unsupervised and deterministic manner, without the use of any prior information.

Allosteric Inhibition of Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 by an EZH2‐Selective Small Molecule Inhibitor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study characterizes C36, a highly selective EZH2/PRC2 inhibitor that acts via a novel allosteric mechanism. Unlike previous inhibitors, C36 inhibits EZH2/PRC2 by disrupting the allosteric communication between EZH2 and EED in a SAM‐noncompetitive manner.

Combined autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and CD19 CAR T-cell therapy for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with mutation: A case report

open access: yesSAGE Open Medical Case Reports
Despite advancements in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, including CAR T-cell therapy, TP53 mutations remain a significant negative prognostic factor in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
