Sustained delivery and molecular targeting of a therapeutic monoclonal antibody to metastases in the central nervous system of mice. [PDF]
Approximately 15-40% of all cancers develop metastases in the central nervous system (CNS), yet few therapeutic options exist to treat them. Cancer therapies based on monoclonal antibodies are widely successful, yet have limited efficacy against CNS ...

Abstract Tumor‐infiltrating B cells (TIBs) exhibit dual roles in the tumor microenvironment (TME) of solid tumors. While they can enhance anti‐tumor immunity through antibody production and immune activation, certain subsets—such as regulatory B cells (Bregs) and immunosuppressive plasma cells—contribute to immune evasion by secreting inhibitory ...

DNA methyltransferase inhibitors in hematological malignancies and solid tumors
Abstract Epigenetic modifications such as DNA methylation play a fundamental role in oncogenesis and the progression of neoplasms neoplasias. DNA methyltransferase inhibitors (DNMTi) constitute a family of therapeutic agents that impede the methylation at the 5‐position on cytosine nucleotides, thereby modulating the epigenetic regulation of tumor ...

Abstract Autoimmune encephalitis is a group of disorders characterized by symptoms of dysfunction of the limbic and extra‐limbic systems that occur in association with antibodies against intracellular antigens, synapses, or proteins located on the surface of nerve cells. Anti‐NMDA (N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate) receptor encephalitis was first described in 2007

Can Burkitt's Lymphoma and Hodgkin's Lymphoma occur in siblings simultaneously?
Familial clustering of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and increased risk of developing disease among the siblings has been reported earlier. Usually familial lymphoma in sibling pairs occurs in the pairs of either non-Hodgkin lymphoma or HL.

Our study proposed a practical set of customized flow cytometry markers that enhance the diagnosis of CLL by improving both sensitivity and accuracy. Moreover, these markers hold significant prognostic value. The identification of relapse‐associated markers provides critical insights to inform personalized treatment and monitoring strategies.

Diagnostic criteria and new therapeutic options for patients diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma
Background: malignant haemopathies increase their incidence and proliferation within the population, among them the lymphoproliferative syndrome occupies an important place, it is a group of disorders of clonal origin, which affects the lymphoid cells ...

This study evaluated the accuracy of blood cell classification using 78,494 images across 13 cell classes, demonstrating a significant improvement with the DWGAN‐GP augmented dataset. The use of synthetic images increased the classification accuracy to 97.74%, outperforming both unbalanced data and commercial systems.
