A soybean lysolecithin emulsion has small particle size and thermal, acid, and salt tolerance
Lecithin, a natural emulsifier, has applications in various fields, including food processing. Whereas several studies have addressed the emulsifying properties and characteristics of emulsions prepared using lecithin, by focusing on single components of

The adipose Nod-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome senses danger-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) and initiates insulin resistance, but the mechanisms of adipose inflammasome activation remains elusive. In this study, Homocysteine (Hcy) is

In this model, ROS generated by UVB result in PAFR agonists acting upon the PAFR resulting in MVP generation release via the enzyme aSMase. In photosensitivity, there are increased ROS, resulting in augmented PAF agonists and increased MVP release. This process can be blocked by aSMase inhibitors.

Abstract Background The storage of red blood cells (RBCs) is essential for transfusion but leads to storage lesions that compromise RBC quality and increase the risk of transfusion‐related adverse effects, including allergic transfusion reactions (ATRs). Understanding storage‐induced metabolic change is crucial for enhancing transfusion safety.

Abstract figure legend Mitochondria are highly dynamic organelles that continuously remodel their architecture through coordinated cycles of fusion and fission. This review examines the four key GTPases that orchestrate mitochondrial dynamics in mammals: MFN1, MFN2, OPA1, and DRP1.

ABSTRACT Rationale Accurate identification of phospholipid molecular species remains a major challenge in shotgun lipidomics because conventional tandem mass spectrometry typically resolves only one structural moiety at a time. This structural ambiguity limits confident lipid biomarker discovery and biological interpretation.
