Long-term monitoring of TEER in Calu-3 cell monolayers.
The measurements were performed in a Transwell cluster with six inserts (W1–W6, W1 was devoid of cells, acting as a reference). At each time point, the values are individual TEER measurements from the three ports of each insert.

Stiffness‐Programmable Origami Robots With Tendon‐Driven Actuation via Multimaterial 3D Printing
Motion diversity is achieved in a tendon‐driven origami robot through programmable stiffness rather than modified actuation. Multimaterial 3D printing embeds soft creases, modular inserts redirect identical tendon inputs into distinct behaviors, and variable‐stiffness inserts enable real‐time switching.

Background Severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is associated with substantial morbidity and increased mortality. Transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) and transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) have emerged as less-invasive options for ...

Introduction and objectives Among cancer survivors, mitral regurgitation (MR) may reflect therapy-related cardiotoxicity or incidental coexistence given the high prevalence of both conditions. We evaluated the efficacy and safety of mitral transcatheter

IGFBP4 is upregulated in granulosa cells of aged ovaries across monkeys, mice, and humans. It inhibits YAP signaling, thereby suppressing cell proliferation and contributing to follicular dysfunction. Deletion of Igfbp4 in granulosa cells enhances ovulatory output, improves hormone profiles, and reproductive performance in aged female mice, suggesting ...

Secondary mitral regurgitation (SMR) is associated with increased hospitalizations and mortality. Clinical trials comparing mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (M-TEER) with guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) show conflicting results ...

ABSTRACT Wetlands constitute Earth's largest natural methane (CH4) source, yet projections of their climate feedback remain uncertain due to poorly constrained temperature sensitivity (Q10‐CH4) of microbial methanogenesis. While water table dynamics have been demonstrated to regulate wetland methanogenesis by altering key soil conditions such as ...
