High‐Performance Phthalonitrile Resins Partially Derived from a Furan Bio‐Based Chemical Platform

Low‐melting Schiff‐base phthalonitrile resins are synthesized from a furan‐based chemical platform, providing improved processability and sustainability. Upon curing, the resins yield high‐performance thermosets with exceptional thermal stability, high char yield, and glass transition temperatures above 400 °C.
