Schottky Barrier Engineering in n‐Type Organic Source‐Gated Transistors Enabling High Conductance

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This study introduces a modified source electrode architecture for n‐type organic source‐gated transistors (OSGTs). By integrating Schottky and Ohmic contact regions, the design achieves a thinner depletion envelope, enhancing mobility nearly tenfold and reducing threshold voltage.

Reconsidering earthquake scaling

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, 2016
The relationship (scaling) between scalar moment, M0, and duration, T, potentially provides key constraints on the physics governing fault slip. The prevailing interpretation of M0‐T observations proposes different scaling for fast (earthquakes) and slow

Multiple M0-brane equations in eleven dimensional pp-wave superspace and BMN matrix model

open access: yes, 2012
We obtain the Matrix model equations in the background of the maximally supersymmetric pp-wave solution of the 11D supergravity and discuss its relation with the Berenstein-Maldacena-Nastase (BMN) model.Comment: 14 pages, revtex4, no ...

Spatiotemporal Sequential Delivery of Chidamide Regulates Macrophage Reprogramming in Lymphoma Microenvironment Through HDACs‐STAT3 Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Our study identifies the HDACs‐STAT3 axis as key regulator for M2 macrophage accumulation in DLBCL. We developed Chid@M2pep‐EVs/TP, a pH‐responsive drug delivery system for M2 macrophage specific chidamide administration. By coupling M2‐targeted chidamide with EVs‐mediated delivery, this system reprograms M2 to M1 via HDAC inhibition and STAT3 ...

Targeting UXS1‐Dependent Glucuronate Detoxification Potentiates Metformin's Anti‐Tumor Efficacy in Lung Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals that metformin promotes glucuronic acid metabolism in lung adenocarcinoma by activating UGDH S476 phosphorylation and enhancing the conversion of UDPG to UDPGA based on metabolomics analysis. Through compound virtual screening, it is found that plantainoside targeting UGDH downstream UXS1 leads to UDPGA toxicity accumulation ...

CXCL8 modulates M0 macrophage proliferation and polarization to influence tumor progression in cervical cancer

open access: yesScientific Reports
Cervical cancer (CESC) presents significant clinical challenges due to its complex tumor microenvironment (TME) and varied treatment responses. This study identified undifferentiated M0 macrophages as high-risk immune cells critically involved in CESC ...

Electronic Structure Reorganization in MPS3 via d‐Shell‐Selective Alkali Metal Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Alkali metal doping of layered MPS3 antiferromagnets reveals d‐shell‐selective responses. While MnPS3 resists charge transfer due to its half‐filled 3d5 shell, FePS3 and NiPS3 behave similarly to CoPS3 by accommodating extra d‐electrons. Yet only CoPS3, with its least stable d‐shell, undergoes pronounced band restructuring and a semiconducting‐to ...
