An Implantable Optogenetics‐Engineered Hydrogel for Amelioration of Rheumatoid Arthritis through Light‐Controlled Metabolic Reprogramming of Synovial Macrophages

An implantable hydrogel is designed to enable in situ and on‐demand secretion of GLP‐1 in synovium through blue light irradiation to activate GLP‐1R/HK2/VDAC1 pathway for upregulating tricarboxylic acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation in macrophage, facilitating tissue repair and bone erosion recovery.

Energy structure of mixed halide CeF2Cl and CeFCl2 crystals

The band energy structures of CeF2Cl and CeFCl2 crystals have been calculated using the projector augmented-wave (PAW) method and the hybrid exchange-correlation functional PBE0. The valence band top consists of 2p states of F and 3p states of Cl.

Targeting PLD3 Reverses the Immunosuppressive Niche by Reprogramming Tumor‐Associated Macrophages and Potentiates Antitumor Immunity

PLD3 activates the lysosomal‐AKT‐NF‐κB axis to drive cellular senescence in macrophages, establishing an immunosuppressive TME by limiting the infiltration of cytotoxic T, NK, and NKT cells, which confers resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Abrine inhibits PLD3 expression, restoring antitumor immunity and synergizing with anti‐PD‐1 treatment.

ABHD17C‐Mediated S‐Depalmitoylation of BCL6B Enhances CD24 Transcription to Resist Macrophage Phagocytosis in Pancreatic Cancer

ABHD17C‐mediated depalmitoylation of BCL6B at Cys442 blocks its nuclear import and triggers ubiquitin‐dependent degradation, attenuating transcriptional repression of the anti‐phagocytic signal CD24. This mechanism enables pancreatic cancer cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis and fosters an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

A case report of congenital leukemia – AML M0

Congenital leukemia (CL) refers to leukemia diagnosed at birth or within the 1st month of life. Incidence is reported to be 1 in 5 million. We report the case of a 22-day-old neonate, who presented to us with features of sepsis, with predominant blasts in the peripheral smear, and was subsequently detected to have CL.

A Wireless 3D Magneto‐Mechanical Stimulation Platform Drives In Situ Chondrogenic Commitment of Endogenous MSCs

An intracellular magneto‐mechanical platform utilizing MSC‐targeted nanomotors is developed. After intra‐articular delivery, these nanomotors target endogenous BMSCs and are actuated within lysosomes to execute trans‐planar rotational‐bouncing motions under a rotating‐fluctuating 3D magnetic field, generating amplified mechanical stimulation.
