A Novel Gene Synthesis Platform for Designing Functional Protein Polymers
A new gene synthesis method consisting of rolling‐circle amplification and seamless cloning facilitates the advanced design of protein polymers with repetitive sequences. This method is more cost‐effective and user‐friendly than conventional methods. Using this method, a library of polymers with different repeat units can be easily constructed.
