PRELID1 and VDAC3 Coordinate a Senescence‐Like State in Germinal Center B Cells to Promote IL‐7–Driven Antitumor Immunity in Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer is characterized by an immunosuppressive microenvironment that limits immunotherapy efficacy. We identify a senescence‐like state in germinal center B cells driven by the PRELID1–VDAC3 axis, which promotes IL‐7 secretion, alleviates CD8+ T‐cell exhaustion, and enhances antitumor immunity. GPX4 Inhibitor Resistance and Metastatic Features in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

This study establishes breast cancer cell lines that are resistant to glutathione peroxidase 4 inhibitors (GPX4i) in vitro and investigates the metastatic capacity of the GPX4i‐resistant versus parental lines in vivo. GPX4i‐resistant cells survive upon intravenous injection, but lose capacity to spontaneously metastasize.
