Assembly of heterotrophic communities during spontaneous succession in quarries: invertebrates model groups and macromycetes

open access: yesRestoration Ecology, Volume 32, Issue 3, March 2024.
Quarrying has a crucial impact on the environment, but it could enhance species diversity. Mining sites represent important refuges for countless species disappearing from homogenous landscapes. Our study focused on assemblages of heterotrophic communities such as moths (Lepidoptera), carabid beetles (Coleoptera: Carabidae), spiders (Araneae), and ...

The Cortinarius Fungi Dyes as Sensitizers in Dye‐Sensitized Solar Cells

open access: yesInternational Journal of Photoenergy, Volume 2015, Issue 1, 2015., 2015
The dye‐sensitized solar cells have been for the first time prepared using Cortinarius fungi extracts as a source of sensitizing dyes. The seven species of Cortinarius group, collected in the East Poland, have been used to obtain crude extracts of natural dyes used as sensitizing solutions to prepare DSSCs working electrodes.

I INFLUENCE OF HEAT TREATMENT ON MACROMYCETE PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND THE CONTENT OF HEAVY METALS IN THEM [PDF]

open access: yesТехника и технология пищевых производств, 2015
The relevance of the study is due to looking for ways to reduce the content of heavy metals in mushrooms, as several times excess oftheir maximum permissible concentrations is registered in macromycetes of the Siberian region.
