Using interval arithmetic for providing a MADM approach
The VIKOR method was developed for Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). It determines the compromise ranking list and the compromise solution obtained with the initial weights. This method focuses on ranking and selecting from a set of alternatives in the presence of conflicting criteria.

A Systems Engineering Methodology for System of Autonomous Systems: Test and Evaluation
ABSTRACT Recent advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) have resulted in autonomous systems that reduce operators' workload and involvement in hazardous missions. Integrating these systems into an existing system of systems (SoS) can evolve it into a system of autonomous system (SoAS).

PHGDH promoted cardiomyocyte proliferation and myocardial regeneration via cell cycle and TGF‐β/Smad signalling pathways during cardiac repair. Moreover, PHGDH benefits cardiac repair and cardiomyocyte proliferation in mammalian mice following MI. ABSTRACT The mature mammalian heart has limited ability for self‐repair and regeneration.

The Evolution of Distorted Rotating Black Holes II: Dynamics and Analysis
We have developed a numerical code to study the evolution of distorted, rotating black holes. This code is used to evolve a new family of black hole initial data sets corresponding to distorted ``Kerr'' holes with a wide range of rotation parameters, and

Extra-Large Remnant Recoil Velocities and Spins from Near-Extremal-Bowen-York-Spin Black-Hole Binaries [PDF]
We evolve equal-mass, equal-spin black-hole binaries with specific spins of a/mH 0.925, the highest spins simulated thus far and nearly the largest possible for Bowen-York black holes, in a set of configurations with the spins counter-aligned and ...

MADM AND FUTURES STUDIES; A NECESSITY
Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) has been developing in different methods, perspectives and frameworks since introducing step. Futures Studies as a specialized framework and methodology has introduced newer and has been always in developing phase too.

Sensitivity Analysis in MADM Methods: Application of Material Selection [PDF]
Material evaluation studies are getting very strategic subject in design and engineering. Decision about effective modeling of material selection framework is always a concern for management of manufacturing and production. This study is involved with a new approach to select materials based on expert's policy and multi attribute decision making theory

Abstract Despite increasing demands for resilient and sustainable supply chains, inventory management often relies on outdated single‐criterion analyses. While multi‐criteria ABC (MCABC) analyses provide a theoretically mature assessment of resilience‐sustainability‐benefit trade‐offs in inventory, their adoption remains limited due to fragmented ...

Hairy Black Holes, Horizon Mass and Solitons [PDF]
Properties of the horizon mass of hairy black holes are discussed with emphasis on certain subtle and initially unexpected features. A key property suggests that hairy black holes may be regarded as `bound states' of ordinary black holes without hair and

Abstract This paper presents a two‐stage model for planning a renewable energy portfolio by balancing economic, social and environmental sustainability goals. The first stage addresses a multi‐objective problem where conflictive impacts generated by the energy portfolios should be optimised according to the corresponding economic, social or ...
