Isolation and Identification of Bacteria and Fungi from Canine Dermatitis Patients

皮膚炎為犬隻常見的疾病，而且其治療時常使用抗微生物藥物。造成皮膚炎之致病因子相當廣泛，包括細菌、黴菌寄生蟲、過敏及自體免疫等。許多報告指出在皮膚炎患犬時常分離出多重抗藥性的菌株，而治療的失敗在小動物診療上會引發嚴重問題。因此本研究之目的在分離與鑑定皮膚炎患犬常見之細菌及黴菌，並分析其對常用之抗生素的抗藥性。自國立中興大學獸醫教學醫院門診之皮膚炎病例中分離出26個菌株，分別以Biolog微生物鑑定系統進行鑑定，同時進行抗生素敏感試驗。所分離之菌株中以Staphylococcus intermedius B
