Magnetically coupled resonators for rate integrating gyroscopes

IEEE SENSORS 2014 Proceedings, 2014
This work demonstrates for the first time the use of magnetic field to couple mechanical resonators that can be separated by long distances (8mm in this work) compared to coulombic/electrostatic coupling (~ 1 nm – 1 μm depending on the surface charge density or E-field).

Coupling of geminal protons in nuclear magnetic resonance

Chemical Physics Letters, 1972
Abstract The JHHgem coupling constants of six polyatomic molecules were calculated ab initio by the double perturbation method in a basis of localized SCF orbitals. Leading terms of different orders were retained. The agreement with experimental values is satisfactory.

A Note on the Magnetic Resonance of Coupled Spin Systems

Journal of the Physical Society of Japan, 1964
The magnetic resonance of a coupled spin system is considered phenomenologically. The magnetic resonance modes can be directly determined from the irreducible representations of the space group to which the system belongs. Then, approximate calculation of the frequency and intensity of resonance lines can be made. This approach is convenient especially

Investigation of Magnetic Coupling by Ferromagnetic Resonance

2004
Ferromagnetic Resonance (FMR) is a powerful method for study the magnetic coupling in multilayers. In the present work, a trilayer system is assumed to be characterized by the bilinear J 1 , biquadratic J 2 coupling, and in-plane uniaxial magneto-crystalline anisotropies with anisotropy axis directions in the two layers making a δ angle.

Magnetically coupled resonator moving in elliptical orbit

2016 10th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP), 2016
This paper presents a basic mathematical model to harvest energy from a magneto - gravitational system, i.e., a resonant circuit following an elliptical orbit around a constant source of magnetic field. The model is illustrated with simulations that modify two parameters, the orbital eccentricity and the angular velocity of the resonant circuit.

Magnetic resonance lineshapes in exchange coupled paramagnets

Physics Letters A, 1969
Abstract Systematic discrepancies between predicted and observed exchange narrowed EPR and NMR resonance linewidths in MnF 2 , KMnF 3 , RbMnF 3 are examined. A model lineshape based upon the 2nd, 4th and 6th moments is proposed which improves agreement with experiment.

Magnetic Resonance Coupling Phenomenon and Basic Characteristics

2020
The purpose of this chapter is to examine the characteristics of magnetic resonance coupling. We start with a basic coil shape, and then introduce an open type and short type. Next, we explain the characteristics of magnetic resonance coupling power transmission.
