We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Magnetic Flux Leakage Defect Detection Based on Deep Learning
Traditional defect quantization of magnetic flux leakage lacks some components, and manual-extracted information is limited. This paper introduces a quantitative identification method based on deep learning and establishes a defect detection model for ...

Rapid optimization of working parameters of microwave-driven multi-level qubits for minimal gate leakage [PDF]
We propose an effective method to optimize the working parameters (WPs) of microwave-driven quantum logical gates implemented with multi-level physical qubits. We show that by treating transitions between each pair of levels independently, intrinsic gate

Targeting TNBC: core–shell polycationic polyurea dendrimers with inherent anticancer activity
Core–shell polycationic PURE dendrimers were tested in TNBC‐derived tumor models. Both formulations selectively targeted TNBC and effectively reduced tumor volume. PUREG4‐OEI48 suppressed tumor growth without detectable toxicity, whereas PUREG4‐OCEI24, despite showing efficacy, induced hepatic toxicity.

Intrinsic electromagnetic variability in celestial objects containing rapidly spinning black holes [PDF]
Analytical studies have raised the concern that a mysterious expulsion of magnetic field lines by a rapidly-spinning black hole (dubbed the black hole Meissner effect) would shut down the Blandford-Znajek process and quench the jets of active galactic ...

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Simulation and optimisation design of the solenoid valve
This study first analyses the problems that the solenoid valve generates during operation. Then the electromagnetic valve was modelled and ANSYS finite element analysis simulation software was used to simulate the electromagnetic field and transient ...

3-D topology optimization of single-pole-type head by using design sensitivity analysis [PDF]
It is necessary to develop a write head having a large recording field and small stray field in adjacent tracks and adjacent bits in perpendicular magnetic recording systems.
