Prolate stars due to meridional flows
We have shown analytically that shapes of incompressible stars could be prolate if appropriate meridional flows exist. Although this result is strictly valid only if either the meridional flow or the rotation is absent and the vorticity is associated ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Analysis of factors affecting destabilization of a viscous liquid flow in channels
An analysis of the influence of inertia forces and ponderomotive forces on the destabilization of the flow of viscous fluids in the hydrodynamic initial section is given.

Neutrino mean free paths in spin-polarized neutron Fermi liquids
Neutrino mean free paths in magnetized neutron matter are calculated using the Hartree-Fock approximation with effective Skyrme and Gogny forces in the framework of the Landau Fermi Liquid Theory.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Forces from noncommutative geometry [PDF]
Einstein derived general relativity from Riemannian geometry. Connes extends this derivation to noncommutative geometry and obtains electro-magnetic, weak and strong forces.

Force Correlations in Disordered Magnets
We present a proof of principle for the validity of the functional renormalization group, by measuring the force correlations in Barkhausen-noise experiments. Our samples are soft ferromagnets in two distinct universality classes, differing in the range of spin interactions, and the effects of eddy currents.

Chemoresistance in bladder cancer: Macrophage recruitment associated with CXCL1, CXCL5 and CXCL8 expression is characteristic of Gemcitabine/Cisplatin (Gem/Cis) Non‐Responder tumors (right side) while Responder tumors did not show substantial tumor‐stromal crosstalk (left side). All biological icons are attributed to Bioicons: carcinoma, cancerous‐cell‐

We explored a new helical spring magnet (HSM) concept using micromagnetic simulation along with analytical modeling. The present HSMs can be made of a single magnetic material or micro/nano-scale magnetic particles in a polymer matrix, which provides for
