Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Magnetization transfer in polymer gel dosimeters
Radiation dose distributions in polymer gel dosimeters can be quantified using various MRI methods. Currently, measurements of R2 are in common use for measuring doses. The dose response mechanism is believed to involve magnetization exchange between the polymer formed by radiation and the solvent in the gel.
