GDNF‐RET signaling drives pulmonary neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia and allergic airway inflammation
A neuroimmune interaction centered on the PNEC‐ILC2 axis in an asthma model. PNEC‐derived CGRP activates nearby ILC2s, which then release cytokines, including IL‐5 and IL‐13. These cytokines promote eosinophil and macrophage infiltration. Subsequently, GDNF produced by these cells induces PNEC hyperplasia via the GDNF receptors, RET and GFRα1 ...

Simulating Chiral Magnetic and Separation Effects with Spin-Orbit Coupled Atomic Gases
The chiral magnetic and chiral separation effects---quantum-anomaly-induced electric current and chiral current along an external magnetic field in parity-odd quark-gluon plasma---have received intense studies in the community of heavy-ion collision ...

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Magnetic separation of ash and slag residues for their multi-component utilization: An overview
Over the last decades, huge amounts of ash residues have been generated worldwide leading to increasing demand for viable recycling technologies. Magnetic separation is considered a promising option for sustainable management of these wastes. The present

Multidimensional Separation by Magnetic Seeded Filtration: Experimental Studies
The current state of separation technology often neglects the multidimensional nature of real particle systems, which are distributed not only in terms of size, but also in terms of other properties, such as surface charge.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Phase diagrams of voltage-gated oxide interfaces with strong Rashba coupling
We propose a model for the two-dimensional electron gas formed at the interface of oxide heterostructures that includes a Rashba spin-orbit coupling proportional to an electric field oriented perpendicularly to the interface.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Neutron scattering study of magnetic phase separation in nanocrystalline La$_{5/8}$Ca$_{3/8}$MnO$_3$
We demonstrate that magnetic phase separation and competing spin order in the colossal magnetoresistive (CMR) manganites can be directly explored via tuning strain in bulk samples of nanocrystalline La$_{1-x}$Ca$_x$MnO$_3$.
